FIFA and US Soccer Federation (USSF) require that any player born outside of the United States completes minors international clearance.

The application only needs to be completed the first soccer season the player joins a club associated with US Youth Soccer or US Club (not yearly). The application and supporting documents are used by USSF to receive permission from the soccer federation of the player's country of birth for the player to participate in a USYSA or US Club sanctioned club.

Players WILL NOT be allowed to play in games with their assigned team while the USSF minors international clearance process is pending, for this reason we ask that you, the parent, to turn in the required application, forms and supporting documents to the CESA office as soon as possible!
